It's the most important meal of the day. We hear those words all the time, but do we really believe it? I know so many people who skip breakfast. Maybe it's because I get up at 4 am everyday, but I can't imagine not eating breakfast. You have to get your metabolism kick started and breakfast is a very important part of that. I try to make it my biggest meal of the day as well and my evening meal the lightest. All that said, there may be an even more important reason to eat something for breakfast. A study was done where 27, 000 men were actually followed for 16 years and this study revealed that 27 percent were found to have a higher risk of heart attack.
