The best Burgers, are the Simple Burgers. And done right, contain fewer calories than you'd think while providing a great Protein source.
Combine the following in bowl and split into three equal pieces. Flatten to desired thickness, and sear in a HOT pan to seal in the juices as most of the flavor lives in the 20% fat. Use a fresh Hard Roll and cover with lettuce, tomato and red onion!! YES!!!
-1 pound 80/20 Ground Beef
-1 pack French Onion Soup Mix
-Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
-Salt and Pepper
