Lady Antebellum 's Hillary Scott was honored to serve as a mentor on NBC's The Voice this season helping out contestants on Adam Levine 's team.  Pharrell , Sheryl Crow and Good Charlotte 's Joel Madden are the other mentors this season, and Hillary tells ABC News Radio, "Seeing the other mentors on the show, I mean, I'm in amazing company, and I'm very, very thankful for the opportunity."

Even though Lady Antebellum has toured the world and sold millions of albums, Hillary was still a little nervous about giving advice to the up-and-coming singers on camera.

She says, "I know we've learned enough things that we could share them with others and encourage and give direction, but it isn't until you're in that kind of environment where you have to rise to the occasion to do that."

Sometimes Hillary even surprised herself with the good advice she was able to impart to the contestants.

"There were definitely a couple of moments where I was like, 'I know how to answer this question.'" Hillary says. "And you just feel a little bit more of a professional and a little bit more seasoned in what we've been doing and how hard we've worked to get where we are."

Overall, Hillary has loved getting to know and encourage the contestants on Adam's team, and she hopes to get back out to The Voice set later in the season.

"I'm watching it every night," she says.

Hillary's band mate Charles Kelley has already chosen Danielle Bradbury from Blake Shelton 's team as his favorite contestant this season.

"I'm putting a million dollars in Vegas on her," he says. "She is going to be a star.  I don't know if she's gonna win, but she's going to be a star."

The battle rounds continue Monday night on NBC's The Voice
