Tim McGraw will be back in front of the camera starting next month filming a new movie. He can't say too much about the part though. He tells ABC News Radio, "I don't know if it's a surprising role, but it's gonna be a great film."
While he's on the set in September, Tim will also be gearing up for the relaunch of his Soul 2 Soul shows with Faith Hill at the Venetian in Las Vegas. Those dates start up again Friday, October 25.
Says Tim, "It's gonna be a busy winter."
In addition to his singing and acting gigs, Tim has partnered with Duracell for their new Quantum Heroes campaign. The company will give away a million of their new Quantum batteries to first responders across North America, and Tim is appearing in a new series of spots sharing stories of how first responders put their lives on the line to save people every day.
One story out of Ohio stood out to Tim. He shares, "These firefighters and first responders went into this house and rescued a baby who wasn't breathing, and they resuscitated the baby. You know, you hear stories like that. You hear how these guys put their lives on the line every day, and they're dedicated to what they do."
Tim was honored to say yes when Duracell contacted him about highlighting these everyday heroes. The stories can be seen at YouTube.com/Duracell .
