SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Cinema Falls just passed it's first anniversary showing independent and foreign films Sunday nights at Ico Lounge in downtown Sioux Falls.
This Sunday's showing is a fundraiser for Feeding South Dakota and organizer Julie Anderson Friesen says an anonymous donor is matching up to 50%of all ticket proceeds.
Friesen says Sunday's film is "A Place at the Table," the story of three people who don't know where their next meal is coming from. She says the film will say that charity is good but change is better and until that changes occurs we can support Feeding South Dakota.
Friesen says tickets are available online at CinemaFall.com for $11.50 with all proceeds going to Feeding South Dakota.
Doors open Sunday at 5:30 and the film starts at 6:30. "Burlap Wolf King," is performing during the pre-film social hour.
