Sioux Falls, S.D. (KELO-AM) - Rescue teams are searching for two adults who jumped into the Big Sioux River at Falls Park.  The adults reportedly saved a young boy who had fallen into the river.  Authorities say the boy is safe, but the search continues for the two who rescued him.
