Lady Antebellum 's expanded, deluxe edition of their album Golden comes out November 12 featuring their brand-new single, "Compass." The song came in to the group over the summer while band member Hillary Scott was on maternity leave, but her band mates Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood were convinced "Compass" needed to hit the airwaves sooner rather than later.  That's how the idea for Golden Deluxe began.

Charles explains, "We kinda started putting our heads together, you know, 'Why not -- since we’ve had so much time off -- why not kind of repackage the record?'"

As for "Compass," Lady Antebellum feels it represents exactly where they are right now as a group.

"It feels good, but it has a really powerful message," Hillary says, "and I think that’s what really gravitated us towards it.”

Golden Deluxe features three new tracks -- "Compass" plus "Life as We Know It" and "And the Radio Played" -- as well as live versions of Lady A's hits "Need You Now," "Just a Kiss" and "I Run to You."
