Seven Cougar men earned nine honors, with Jordon Bents and Bobby Brockmueller each claiming All-Region honors in two different events. Bents’ honors came in the Shot Put and Weight Throw while Brockmueller’s came in the Mile and as a member of the Distance Medley Relay. Kaleb Lindsey-Stevens Billy Brockmueller and Blake Stevenson  joined Bobby Brockmueller in earning All-Region honors for the Distance Medley Relay.

Jagger Gran and Scott Greenman rounded out the Cougars male All-Region athletes as they both were recognized for their marks in the Pole Vault.

The USF women had three student-athletes earn All-Region honors, with all three coming from the Pole Vault. Courtney Crandall, Brigitte Gross and Katlyn Sawtelle were the three Cougar female athletes to be recognized by the USTFCCCA as All-Region performers.

The All-Region honors are earned by recording one of the top five marks individually in a region or by being a member of a region’s top three relay teams. The regions used for this award match those used during the cross country season.

The Cougars will send 11 athletes to the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships in Salem, N.C. on March 14-15.
