SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The St. Patrick’s Day parade, which hasn’t been held since 2019, brought a sea of green to Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls this afternoon. Jean Simonton of Sioux Falls was at the parade with Marian Lumpkin of Garretson. Jean credits the weather with drawing a bigger crowd and people from all different areas.

Marian said the weather is perfect for the return of the parade. She says they will spend the rest of the day mingling, taking in the dance, and just having a good time.
