SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — An extensive investigation by Sioux Falls Police has landed a man behind bars.
Back on May 14, a woman reported a sexual assault to police, adding that the suspect committed the act with a firearm.

The Madison Police Department reached out with information regarding the suspects whereabouts, and the Division of Criminal Investigation served him a warrant shortly afterwards.
25-year-old Ernesto McFarlane of Huron was arrested for Second Degree Rape and Aggravated Assault.
He’s currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
