PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — 120-miles per hour in a 65 mile an hour zone on I-90. The South Dakota Highway Patrol has a man behind bars for that violation, saying his blood/alcohol level was nearly double the limit. The Patrol says it will conduct sobriety checkpoints in 15 counties during the rest of the month.
