PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — The flags at the South Dakota State House will fly at full-staff on Monday.
They’ve been at half staff for the mourning of former President Jimmy Carter since his death on December 29th.
Governor Noem declared they will fly full staff in honor of President Trumps inauguration.
They will return to half staff the next day until January 28.
