PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Lab created meat is a hard sell in cattle country. South dakota Agriculture Secretary Hunter Roberts says cell – or laboratory – created beef should be clearly labeled.
Lab created meat is still in development stages, but a Legislative committee clearly heard what Secretary Roberts said. The committee voted unanimously to approve the labeling requirement.
