SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Get ready for some changes next week if your daily commute takes you on I-29 over Skunk Creek in Sioux Falls. A season-long repair project is nearing completion, and there will be lane changes starting Monday. The two eastern lanes of southbound I-29 will be opened for traffic. The project is expected to be complete by October 17th.
