Mitchell, SD (KELO.com) — A Mitchell company is being sued after two workers died last year while repairing a silo near Volga. The widow of 51-year-old Larry Dalzell is suing Heartland Tank, claiming the company’s negligence led to his death from toxic gas. OSHA has already fined the company ten-thousand dollars for serious safety violations.
