SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A sudden thunderstorm hit north Sioux Falls a little before 9 p.m. Thursday night.
At that time, downtown Sioux Falls was experiencing heavy rain.
There were unconfirmed reports that the Sioux Empire Fair was evacuated prior to the storm hitting the city.
