Are you getting enough beauty sleep? If you’re not able to get enough at night, a good nap might be just the solution. The length of your nap is important. Ideally, naps should be between 20 and 30 minutes. Any more than that, can leave you feeling even more tired and groggy; and can disturb your regular sleep cycle.
Surprisingly, drinking a cup of coffee right before you doze off is a great idea! (I know, it sounds strange, doesn’t it?!) But, after the ideal nap (20-30 minutes) – the caffeine from the cup of coffee has kicked in.
