SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man was arrested for indecent exposure. 23 year old Joshua Cogley exposed himself to two teenage girls while in the Empire Mall Parking lot on Friday. The two teens reported him to police, after taking videos of the incident.
