PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A Pierre woman has pleaded guilty to defrauding South Dakota’s Medicaid Program. Attorney General Marty Jackley says 49-year old Sharon Monson admitted to taking $588-thousand in state and federal funds as the owner of At Home Nursing in Pierre. She has agreed to pay restitution of $500-thousand. Monson faces up to 15 years in prison.
