Attorney General Marty Jackley
PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) – Attorney General Marty Jackley says an Appeals court got it right in dismissing an appeal by alleged gang members.
The action opens the way for deporting suspected members of the Tren de Aragua gang.
Jackley was among 24 Attorneys General who enacted the Alien Enemies Act to remove violent non-citizens at the direction of President Trump.
