SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – A Sioux Falls man is facing rape charges after an alleged incident involving a juvenile.
Nineteen-year-old Steven Bradley Yates was placed into custody after the incident Monday morning.
A 911 caller told dispatch they had seen an adult male with a teen in the area of 15th Street and Western Avenue in Sioux Falls.
When officers arrived and spoke to Yates, he reportedly admitted to sexually assaulting the teen.
