SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – Construction crews are back at it – coming down the homestretch of work on the Veterans Parkway and Arrowhead Parkway intersection in eastern Sioux Falls.
New features give pedestrians the option of traditional surface crossings, or going under the intersection through box culverts.
Arrowhead Parkway remains blocked just west of the intersection but is expected to be completed by the end of the November.
