SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s new voter registration law is back in court Friday.
The League of Women Voters and an individual voter are challenging the law, which requires new voters to prove citizenship to register to vote.
The Attorney General’s office will defend the new law.
