PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s uenmployment rate is up slightly, but is still the lowest in the nation at 1.9-percent. The national rate is 4.2-percent, while neighboring states Nebraska and North Dakota come in at 2.2 and 2.5 percent respectively.
