Sioux Falls School officials are setting priorities for the district’s five-year capital improvement plan. The biggest project for that plan will be replacing the century-old Whittier Middle School. Within the next several weeks, a steering committee will be formed to help guide the project. The District hopes to have the steering committee in place by January to begin working on recommendations for the School Board to consider next fall.
