Toyota to recall over 55,000 US vehicles over loose inverter connection, NHTSA says

Dec 23 (Reuters) – Toyota is recalling ‍55,405 vehicles in the U.S. as ‌bolt ‌inside the inverter may not have been tightened ​properly, causing ‍incomplete ​contact at ​the inverter ‍terminal, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety ‍Administration said on Tuesday.

The remedy ‍is ‍currently ​under development, ​NHTSA ⁠said.
