UNDATED (KELO.com) — South Dakota political leaders are offering their reactions to the Saturday shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Congressman Dusty Johnson says he’s thankful the President and those attending the dinner are all safe. Senator Mike Rounds says he’s grateful for the law enforcement agents who took quick action to avoid a tragedy. Attorney General Marty Jackley says he’s relieved to hear the Secret Service Agent who was shot was not seriously injured.
