Lincoln County Commission to have two new members

CANTON, SD (KELO.com) — Two newcomers are joining the Lincoln County Commission.  Amy Harms defeated Commission Chair Tiffani Landeen, and Joni Ekstrum defeated Mike Mathis.  Ekstrum replaces long-time commissioner Jim Schmidt, who decided not to run for reelection this year.
