PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Over 102-thousand people submitted ticket requests for the Freedom 250 celebration at Mount Rushmore on July 3rd. The problem is, there’s only room for 48-hundred. State officials used a lottery system to select the attendees. The winners have already been notified.
