SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Baskin-Robbins is returning to Sioux Falls after a decade-long absence. The new ice cream store will share a location with a Jimmy John’s sandwich shop on South Minnesota Avenue. They’re filling the location of a former Caribou Coffee shop. Construction is underway for both businesses, which hope to open later this year.
