SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A suspect in the McKenna Wendel death investigation is planning to change his plea.
Jon Rogness is charged with conspiracy to conceal objects and accessory after the fact, and he pleaded not guilty in court last week.
New documents have been filed this week, indicating Rogness is planning to take a plea deal.
His next hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Wendel’s uncle, Mark Milk, is also facing charges and accused of providing the drugs that led to the death of Wendel.
