RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO.com) – A state prison inmate who went missing for most of yesterday is back in custody.
James Traversie left for his work release job, but never showed up at the job site.
The Department of Corrections found him later in the day and returned him to the Rapid City Minimum Security Center.
He could be sentenced to an additional five years in prison.
