HARTFORD, S.D. (KELO.com) – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says the reconstruction of the diamond interchange in Hartford is complete.
They say travelers will notice a new structure over Interstate 90, as well as improvements to pedestrian facilities on Western Avenue.
They say the updates will improve traffic flow throughout the area.
