SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Let the dreaming begin.  Sioux falls Community Members gathered at The Quarry at the Falls Thursday night.  The Parks and Rec Department is asking residents to dream about what could be at the abandoned quarry site.  The Bezos Earth Fund is providing $15-million to clean the industrial site and convert it into a pristine city park.  Design work will take place over the next 18 months, with construction to follow.
