DES MOINES, IA (KELO.com) — Iowa’s property tax reform plan is tops in the nation according to a report by Common Sense Institute.

The Institute says Iowa’s reforms created the largest property tax reductions in the nation over the last decade.

Governor Kim Reynolds says it will save taxpayers $4.2 billion over the next six years.
